Welcome to Quarry Ridge Golf Center. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our facilities, website at quarryridgegc.com, and all programs and services we offer. By visiting our facility, using our website, or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Quarry Ridge Golf Center

Quarry Ridge Golf Center is a family-owned and operated golf facility located at 6081 Clark Rd, Ottawa Lake, MI 49267. We offer a 9-hole golf course, heated driving range, mini golf, junior camps and clinics, adult leagues, and golf memberships.

2. Use of Facilities

General Conduct

All guests and members are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner toward staff, other guests, and the property. Quarry Ridge Golf Center reserves the right to remove any person from the premises who:

Engages in disruptive, aggressive, or abusive behavior
Violates any posted rules or course etiquette
Damages property or equipment
Is under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances

Golf Course Rules

All players are expected to follow standard golf etiquette, including repairing divots and ball marks, raking sand traps after use, allowing faster groups to play through, keeping carts on designated paths where posted, and seeking shelter immediately during dangerous weather conditions.

Driving Range

The heated driving range is available on a per-bucket basis. Guests must use only range balls provided by Quarry Ridge Golf Center. Personal golf balls are not permitted on the range. All guests must remain in their designated stall while others are hitting.

Mini Golf

Mini golf is open to guests of all ages. Children 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Equipment must be treated with care and returned at the conclusion of play. Horseplay and running are not permitted.

3. Reservations and Tee Times

Tee times may be made by calling (734) 888-1020. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Quarry Ridge Golf Center reserves the right to cancel or modify tee times due to weather, course conditions, or special events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify guests in advance when possible.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Green Fees and Range Rates

Current rates are posted on our website at quarryridgegc.com and at the pro shop. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of management without advance notice.

Memberships

Membership fees are due at the time of enrollment. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable except at the sole discretion of management. Memberships are valid for the current season as defined at the time of purchase.

Camps, Clinics, and Leagues

Registration fees for junior camps, clinics, and leagues are due at the time of enrollment. Limited spots are available and registration is not confirmed until payment is received.

All fees are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of management.
Quarry Ridge Golf Center reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any program at any time for any reason. In the event of a cancellation initiated by Quarry Ridge Golf Center, guests may be offered a credit or refund at management's discretion.
No refund or credit is guaranteed for cancellations, no-shows, or missed sessions regardless of circumstance.

5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Golf and related activities involve inherent risks. By using our facilities, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.

Golf involves inherent risks including but not limited to errant golf balls, uneven terrain, equipment malfunction, and weather conditions. By using our facilities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in golf and related activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, Quarry Ridge Golf Center, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from your use of our facilities, equipment, or participation in our programs, unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minor children at all times while on the premises. By enrolling a minor in any of our programs, the parent or guardian acknowledges and accepts the risks on behalf of the child.

6. Property and Equipment

Guests are responsible for any damage to Quarry Ridge Golf Center property, equipment, or the golf course caused by misuse, neglect, or intentional acts. Such damage may result in removal from the premises and liability for repair or replacement costs.

Quarry Ridge Golf Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto the premises.

7. Weather Policy

Play may be suspended or cancelled at the discretion of management due to lightning, severe weather, or unsafe course conditions. No refunds are issued for play interrupted by weather after 5 or more holes have been completed. Green fees paid for a round not yet started will be credited or refunded at management's discretion.

8. Photography and Social Media

By visiting Quarry Ridge Golf Center, you consent to being photographed or filmed for use in our marketing materials, social media pages, and website. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a staff member. We will not use photos of minors in marketing materials without the prior written consent of a parent or guardian.

9. Website Use
